What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring experienced Welder/Fitters with strong hands-on fabrication ability. Foreman or supervisor experience is considered a strong asset.
You
- Have proven Aluminum, MIG & TIG welding experience
- Can read and interpret fabrication and civil drawings
- Think outside the box
- Take pride in clean, precise work
- Show up consistently and work hard

- Can work independently or within a team
- Want stability, not short-term contracts
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings (welding, assembly, tolerances)
- Fabricate and weld both small and large assemblies
- Fit and assemble complex structures
- Inspect raw materials and finished product to meet specification
- Operate job-related equipment including:
- Cut-off saws
- Iron workers
- Hydraulic presses
- Shears
- Drill presses
- Torches & oxygen lances
- Pneumatic/power tools
- Plasma cutters
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards and safe work areas
- Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Summer Fridays: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Day shifts only
- Expected hours: 44 per week
- Overtime available
