Job Title: Leasing and Sales Agent
Reports To: Senior Vice President, Residential Development

Position Summary
SmartLiving is seeking a dynamic Leasing and Sales Agent to be a key member of the Residential team. In this position, you will be at the forefront of our real estate operations, responsible for leasing apartment units at The Millway—a 450+ unit rental community in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC). Additionally, you will market and sell pre-construction condos across the VMC and Greater Toronto Area.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Residential Development, you will work closely with Leasing, Sales, and Development teams to maximize occupancy and sales while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a proactive, entrepreneurial professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The Leasing and Sales Agent must be client focused, advocate and communicate a positive image of the company, both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales Operations
- Conduct tours and engage with prospective renters at The Millway.
- Market and sell pre-construction condos to prospective buyers and realtors.
- Prepare Lease Agreements, Agreements of Purchase and Sale, and amendments.
- Assist in collecting deposit cheques from tenants, purchasers, and agents.
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain a strong presence on listing platforms (e.g., Kijiji, Apartments.com, MLS,
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, brokers, and real estate professionals.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain accurate client records.
- Open and close the leasing and sales office during business hours.
- Maintain organized filing systems, sales logs, and inventory records.
- Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports for Leasing, Sales, and Development teams.
- Support marketing efforts by providing insights into market trends and customer
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate leasing and/or sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms.
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 10 AM – 7 PM (flexibility required for extended hours as needed).
- Education: High School Diploma required, university degree preferred.
- Work with a high-growth real estate developer in the booming Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
