Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions or similar advertising solutions.
  • Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/ collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

We lead Canada’s public sector, our team manages digital engagement initiatives and leads relationships with some of the country's largest and most complex organizations. We partner with key public sector entities, including major government bodies, tourism, and lottery corporations. Functioning as trusted advisors, we help these organizations innovate using digital strategies to better engage their citizens and deliver essential services, supporting some of Canada's most significant public sector organizations and employers.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute growth initiatives by presenting Google advertising solutions that directly address client marketing objectives.
  • Lead and manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects, developing performance strategies for clients while also delivering end-to-end solutions for mid-sized businesses.
  • Cultivate strong executive-level relationships with major customers, acting as a trusted consultant to optimize their advertising and business outcomes.
  • Develop and operationalize joint business plans with clients to maximize mutual business impact through clearly defined strategies.
