Account Manager II

As an Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Building Automation business unit’s direct business, Honeywell Building Solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in building systems and solutions will enable you to provide value-added services and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager, and you'll work out of our Markham, Ontario location on a hybrid work schedule.

In This Role, You Will Impact Our Organization By

  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our building automation solutions

Key Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of quota carrying experience in sales or account management.
  • Post-Secondary education in technical field
  • 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Building Technology, Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls strategies, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within Ontario, Canada and occasional travel to the US for training
  • Valid G driver’s license
