We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our Vancouver team to support the Accounting department. This position is ideal for a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills.

We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our Vancouver team to support the Accounting department. This position is ideal for a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable related to client disbursements and firm overhead, including vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, contractor payments, and partner fees
- Process intercompany transactions;
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Post disbursements such as Copitrak, BC Online, LTSA and levies;
- Follow accounting policies and procedures;
- Perform other related duties as required
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a legal environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Client service oriented and team player;
- Willingness to learn and grow, take on new responsibilities as needed;
- Ability to excel in a high volume, fast-paced environment;
