Accounts Payable Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for responding timely and professionally to internal and external inquiries, as well as processing invoices as needed. In this role, you will handle confidential information and support a variety of tasks to achieve tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for:

• Responding to email inbox and phone inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
• Investigating payment discrepancies and perform reclass GL entries.
• Providing deduction copies and running queries for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Processing invoices as required to meet weekly deadlines.
• Performing invoice audits to ensure accuracy and eliminating opportunity for errors as needed.
• Other accounts payable duties as required.
  
  
  

You have:

• Previous office or Accounts Payable experience is an asset.
• Customer Service experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Proficient keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

Compensation Details:

$43,680.00 - $54,600.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
