ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR

As an Account Receivable Coordinator, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable team supporting the daily functions and processes while managing your own book of account receivable accounts and assisting with supporting projects.

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Process Collection Statements on AR delinquencies, including registered mail
• Billing policies and balancing monthly bordereaux reports
• Ensure resolutions are met with any outstanding activities
• Develop strong rapport with client groups and internal customers
• Resolving Accounts Receivable and invoicing related issues
• Complete data entry tasks
• Maintain current industry and product knowledge to ensure legislative statutes are adhered to
• Champion, communicate and implement company initiatives, guiding principles, policies, and procedures
  
  

The value you bring

• 2+ years in a similar role
• Excellent computer skills with strong typing skills
• Previous Accounts Receivable or Insurance experience is an asset
• MS Excel Proficiency required
  
  

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week

Location: Hybrid in Victoria, BC

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
