County Mazda is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

As an Administrative Assistant at County Mazda, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will manage appointments, answer calls and customer questions, and maintain a professional reception area. We seek a friendly, organized individual with excellent communication skills. If you're customer-focused and can handle administrative tasks efficiently, this role is for you.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.10-$19.40

Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Answering and forwarding telephone calls, always in a professional manner
• Provide information to clients, ensuring they are properly greeted and directed
• Posting daily cash, bank deposits
• Data entry
• General clerical duties
• Other duties as required
  
  

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not required
