We are looking for an administrative assistant to support the Sherbrooke site teams. In this role, you will have an impact in supporting the development of the organisation.

You'll Have The Opportunity To
- Provide administrative support to the teams assigned to you and do various follow-ups
- Coordinate and organize business travel and complete expense accounts
- Prepare the reception of new employees (access requests, requests for computer equipment, transmit the culture of the company, respond to various requests)
- Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to share work methods
- Administer and process various confidential information and documents
- Prepare and process various purchase requisitions
- Support departmental budget management
- Training in administration, secretarial or other related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and the Google suite
- Very good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
- Good decision-making and prioritization skills
- Essential organizational and autonomous qualities
- Good team spirit, resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure
- Discretion and professionalism
