Required immediately, our Winnipeg Branch is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join the team.

Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide office administrative support, including reception, processing mail, word processing, preparation of daily bank deposits, filing, front line customer service, maintaining office equipment and supply levels, and other miscellaneous office assignments

Qualifications
- Related post-secondary education with 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer skills in data entry, Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Receives and directs all incoming telephone calls and external email
- Posts electronic customer payments to accounts
- Creates invoices and updates internal tracking system
- Makes travel arrangements
- Processes supplier invoices and scans into accounting system
- Files invoices and paperwork for various departments
- Processes all incoming and outgoing mail
- Arranges couriers for inter-branch and external recipients
- Orders supplies and maintains shared areas
- Accumulates, codes and reconciles monthly credit card statements
- Organizes and coordinates both small and large meetings and conferences
- Populates and maintain various Excel spreadsheets
- Prepares and posts daily bank deposit which includes entering all deposit items into the daily deposit spread sheet, preparing cheques for deposit and ensuring totals are correct
- Closes and balances point of sale machines and ensures that all transactions are recorded accurately
- Other duties as assigned
