Job Description

  • Assist with maintaining retail lease agreements and related documents.
  • Support the team in maintaining compliance with lease terms, including insurance, signage, and maintenance obligations.
  • Help process invoices, rent adjustments, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into lease management systems.
  • Support the preparation of lease reports, rent rolls, and critical date trackers.
  • Track utility consumption and process utility invoices for retail locations.
  • Provide administrative support for projects, audits, or lease clean-up initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or recently completed a post-secondary or university-level program in marketing, business management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work with external teams delivering feedback requests in timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • This is a paid internship position, starting immediately.
