The salary range for this position is: $121,000.00-$151,000.00

Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:
- Leading operations across the bleach plant, pulp machine, and warehouse, ensuring everything runs efficiently and safely.
- Developing and refining processes that support world-class operational excellence, with a focus on long-term sustainability.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiatives to reduce costs, improve product quality, and boost team productivity and engagement.
- Taking the lead on safety, making sure we meet and exceed all safety standards.
- Planning and managing all maintenance activities—including annual maintenance outages—in coordination with the broader team.
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) standards.
- Collaborating with the Sales Group to build smart, efficient production plans.
- Creating training programs that support skill development and knowledge sharing across your crew.
- Overseeing the development of annual budgets and long-term project scopes.
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly cost KPIs to keep our performance on track.
- A strong background in pulp production, with direct experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Total Quality Management.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams at all levels of the organization.
- A sharp eye for identifying performance gaps and taking proactive steps to improve operations.
- A track record of success in driving cost reductions, efficiency gains, and overall operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence presenting to teams or senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the agility to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
