Your role

  • Working closely with Assurance Partners and other senior assurance staff to coordinate, plan and oversee assurance engagements
  • Reviewing assurance files
  • Managing project financials, including budgets, WIP and timely billing
  • Managing, mentoring, training, and developing assurance and audit staff
  • Lead practice and professional development initiatives in the areas of assurance and audit
  • Build and maintain client relationships and communicate effectively to provide superior client service
  • Identifying and cultivating new sales/service opportunities for clients
  • Developing measures to improve assurance practice efficiencies
  • Performing other related accounting functions


What you bring to the table

  • CPA designation, preferably with 3-5 years of progressive experience in public practice
  • Experience working with a variety of clientele
  • Proven technical skills in accounting and assurance
  • Proven leadership skills in a collaborative environment
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication and client service skills
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with adaptability to changing priorities
  • Bilingualism in French/English is required
