No prior experience necessary to join our team.  We offer complete training and the opportunity to obtain your level 1 general insurance license within 30 days of employment.

As an Auto Retention Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients. You will advise new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance. You will identify gaps in our clients’ coverage, and you will offer solutions, proactively and creatively, using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You will develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals.

What You Will Bring To Our Team-

• Skills required for this position include interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, empathy, ability to solve problems, typing, ability to handle rejection and ability to meet retention goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions
• Level 1 General Insurance license (preferred)
• Willingness to obtain a Level 2 license
• Experience with ICBC Autoplan Insurance
• Ease with technology and ability to use multiple computer programs concurrently
  
  

Salary Expectations –

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000-$45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
