Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $49,460.00 - $66,775.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.

Principal Duties:
- Accurate application provided to cash applicator of funds to minimize error.
- Reconciling with clients to ensure ARI’s accounts are in good standing and accounts are current.
- Investigating questions from customers and coordinate credit or rebills if needed with the client services and billing.
- Communicate collection issues with leadership as necessary.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Post-secondary business degree / diploma / certificate (Asset).
- Minimum 3 years of Collection or Finance experience.
- Customer service oriented; ability to gain credibility and trust among a diverse client group.
- Familiar with commonly-used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other functional areas.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with others as a team player.
- Resourceful and able to work independently, organize and prioritize a demanding workload
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
- Can adapt quickly to situations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with external clients and internal customers.
- Strong research, reporting, and analytical skills.
