Workplace Arrangements

This role will follow a fully remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to travel throughout Quebec and Ontario to support our Stores. Travel is both planned in advance and ad hoc based on the Store's needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute on aspects of the people plan (labour, process and tools) as assigned by the HR Business Partner.
  • Communicate and train on HR systems, programs and processes that are in place to support functional areas HR needs and Gaps.
  • Execute compliance around HR policies/labour legislation for your business unit and identify risks and actions to escalate to the HR Business Partner as needed.
  • Communicate with COEs and HR Ops to resolve any concerns for your business unit and ensure that you escalate feedback from your business unit to the HR Business Partner.
  • Provide coaching, counselling and responses on employee relations and labour relations programs, policies and procedures that impact your business unit.
  • Build business relationships as a trusted and proactive HR advisor through our HR Best Practices to drive employee engagement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bilingualism English and French
  • Post Secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a HR role
  • Experience applying the appropriate provincial employment law, policies and regulations
  • Skilled in developing positive working relationships with business leaders
  • Experience working in Workday or another HRIS
  • Excellent attention to detail with written work
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate in a positive way
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Acts with the highest professional standards of personal and professional integrity

Aménagements Du Lieu De Travail

Ce poste suit un horaire entièrement à distance. Les candidats à ce rôle peuvent s'attendre à voyager au Ontario et au Québec pour soutenir nos magasins. Les déplacements sont planifiés à l'avance ou effectués de façon ponctuelle selon les besoins des magasins.

Ce Que Vous Ferez

  • Exécuter certains aspects du plan de main-d'œuvre (travail, processus et outils) assignés par le partenaire d'affaires RH.
  • Communiquer et former sur les systèmes RH, les programmes et les processus mis en place pour répondre aux besoins et combler les lacunes des secteurs fonctionnels en matière de RH.
  • Assurer la conformité aux politiques RH et à la législation du travail pour votre unité d'affaires et identifier les risques et actions à escalader au partenaire d'affaires RH si nécessaire.
  • Communiquer avec les COEs et les opérations RH pour résoudre les préoccupations de votre unité d'affaires et remonter les retours d'informations au partenaire d'affaires RH.
  • Offrir du coaching, des conseils et des réponses concernant les programmes, politiques et procédures en matière de relations de travail et relations avec les employés qui impactent votre unité d'affaires.
  • Établir des relations professionnelles en tant que conseiller RH de confiance et proactif en appliquant nos meilleures pratiques RH pour stimuler l'engagement des employés.

Ce Que Vous Apporterez

  • Bilinguisme anglais et français
  • Formation postsecondaire en ressources humaines ou dans une discipline connexe, ou expérience équivalente
  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle RH
  • Expérience de l'application des lois, politiques et règlements provinciaux en matière d'emploi
  • Compétences en développement de relations de travail positives avec les leaders d'affaires
  • Expérience avec Workday ou un autre système RH
  • Excellente attention aux détails dans le travail écrit
  • Capacité prouvée à communiquer efficacement de manière positive
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps avec une capacité démontrée à respecter les délais
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint
  • Agit avec les normes les plus élevées d'intégrité personnelle et professionnelle
