Billing AP & AR Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Billing AP & AR Administrator to join a fast-paced dynamic team.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Manage full-cycle AP and AR processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections
• Handle ticketing and credit management with accuracy and efficiency
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance
  
  

Your strengths include:

• 3–4 years of experience in AP/AR, billing, and credit management
• Working knowledge of Sage 300 and Sage 500
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
