On their behalf, we’re seeking a hands-on, people-first Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Superline’s Truro location. This is a key leadership role overseeing service delivery and managing a team of 5 to 7 technicians, drivers, and customer service staff in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment. Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager will be accountable for performance across sales, service, inventory management, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards through Superline’s Prudent Operations (HSE) program.

The ideal candidate thrives in a leadership role, brings sound operational judgment, and has a natural ability to motivate teams and build strong customer relationships. They will collaborate closely with fellow Branch and Area Managers to share best practices and contribute to overall strategy and performance. Experience leading field service teams, coordinating dispatch and delivery operations, or managing in a logistics or industrial services setting is considered a strong asset. You should be organized, responsive, and comfortable handling both routine operations and the occasional emergency call. A passion for community-based leadership and team development will set you apart.
