Company Overview

iKrusher is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and oversee our future Toronto, Ontario location. This position is responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring business growth and operational success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales management, and CRM expertise, with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive revenue growth.

Important Note: iKrusher is in the process of securing the necessary licenses and approvals to operate in Canada. This position is being posted in anticipation of future operations. Employment offers will be contingent upon the company obtaining all required authorizations.

The Branch Manager reports directly to the Sales Director – East and will play a crucial role in setting short- and long-term sales goals, evaluating sales programs, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and market potential.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute annual sales and profit plans aligned with company goals.
  • Forecast and establish regional sales quotas, analyzing trends to drive growth.
  • Implement sales programs and field sales action plans to increase revenue.
  • Adjust sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies in response to market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Oversee CRM implementation and manage customer data for relationship optimization.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team (2–4 direct reports).
  • Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing training.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement reward systems.
  • Support sales reps in closing deals and hitting KPIs.
  • Foster a motivated, goal-driven team environment.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Regularly meet with customers to understand needs and resolve concerns.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Represent iKrusher at trade shows and industry events.
  • Maintain and grow brand presence within the local market.

Operational & Financial Management

  • Manage regional territory and distribution planning.
  • Oversee inventory control, logistics, and daily operations.
  • Track sales metrics and generate performance reports.
  • Evaluate and manage sales distribution channels.
  • Ensure timely tracking of invoices, payments, and financial records.
  • Support overall branch success through additional duties as needed.

Job RequirementsExperience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of sales management experience.
  • Leadership of 2–4 direct reports.
  • Strong CRM proficiency and sales data management experience.
  • Trade show experience preferred (2–4 years).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Management of an inside sales team is a plus.
  • Must work onsite Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
