Agilus is recruiting for a Building Operator in the property sector in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our client is looking for a temporary vacation coverage for a Building Operator role at one of their North Vancouver properties.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for operational and maintenance issues
- Minor routine and preventative maintenance and minor repairs
- Building checks
- Coordinating with contractors/trades
- 3+ years of experience working in building operations or maintenance roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Familiarization with emergency procedures
- Any HVAC and DCC experience is an asset
- $30.00 hourly
- Location: North Vancouver
- 10 days of coverage needed
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30
- Weekly payroll
