We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Dealer Operations Team, reporting to the Manager. In this role, you will serve as a key escalation point for production issues and support the dealer systems team. You will leverage your experience and industry knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, while ensuring stakeholder needs are addressed.
This position requires a fully proficient analyst who can act as a Subject Matter Expert on dealer systems and processes, and contribute to projects and strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
The base salary for this position is between $53,200 - $83,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). What You Will Do
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incoming requests to minimize operational impact on dealer operations
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage resources and timelines to ensure prompt resolution and minimal downtime
- Serve as an escalation point for production support issues, including incident reporting and resolution tracking
- Collaborate with internal and external teams such as Vendor Management, Administration, Compliance, Tax/Accounting, and Compensation
- Operate within service standards to mitigate financial risk
- Maintain and update team documentation, including procedural guides and job aids
- Proven ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong analytical skills to assess incident severity, prioritize actions, and identify root causes
- Experience with securities, mutual funds, segregated funds, or investment products is an asset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Completion of the IFIC Operations and/or Investment Funds Course is an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset
