Role description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic student to join our software development team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to the success of projects by collaborating with clients, the development team, and actively participating in bug reporting and Agile story writing.

The salary range for this position is $20-26/hour. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Role description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic student to join our software development team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to the success of projects by collaborating with clients, the development team, and actively participating in bug reporting and Agile story writing.
Role accountabilities:
- Client Collaboration:
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Development Team Interaction:
- Engage with the software development team to discuss bugs, projects, and new features.
- Facilitate communication between clients and developers, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bug Reporting and Analysis:
- Identify and document software bugs through thorough testing and analysis.
- Create detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Agile Story Crafting:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather user stories and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Agile user stories aligned with business goals and development capabilities.
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field.
- Strong interest in business analysis and software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
