  • What will your typical day look like?

    For All Levels: Analyst, Consultant, Senior, Manager

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and operational alignment
    • Track schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely, accurate program delivery
    • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and operational reports to surface insights for leadership
    • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support onboarding, compliance, and operational continuity
    • Participate in internal and external meetings to ensure alignment and drive follow-through

    Senior:

    • Translate program goals into actionable plans with measurable milestones
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable process improvements
    • Facilitate and support coordination across teams to resolve blockers and optimize delivery
    • Manage teams
    • Contribute to risk assessments and compliance reviews across class programs

    Manager:

    • Lead strategic planning and end-to-end execution of complex class action programs
    • Oversee change management, fiscal tracking, and performance metrics
    • Drive cross-team alignment and support executive decision-making with data and analysis
    • Manage large teams
    • Partner closely with the Program Director to guide long-term operational strategy

    About The Team

    Deloitte Claims is a fast-growing team within our Risk, Regulatory & Forensics practice. We manage class action settlements of all sizes across both private and public sectors.

    We leverage some of the best-in-class technologies—cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, and secure digital communications—to streamline every step of the process. From intake and claims review to distribution and reporting, our tech-enabled approach brings speed, accuracy, and transparency to complex settlements.

    We partner with litigators, in-house counsel, and courts from early case planning through final resolution, delivering expert guidance and operational precision at every stage.

    Enough about us, let’s talk about you

    Analyst, Consultant & Senior:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field
    • Advanced Excel skills required; data modelling skills are an asset
    • 2–4 years of experience in program operations, project coordination, or cross-functional delivery
    • Skilled at translating complex legal or operational content into clear, actionable procedures
    • Confident in driving change, influence dxecision making, and holding teams accountable
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, data and product engineering, compliance, and product teams
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
    • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can make sound decisions under pressure
    • Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with budgets and financial models
    • Bonus: Experience with class action settlements, legal technology platforms, or regulatory service delivery
    • CV recommended

    Manager:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field
    • Advanced Excel skills required; data modelling skills are an asset
    • 5–8 years of experience, including at least 2 years managing teams of 10+
    • Proven track record leading multiple teams or workstreams and driving operational strategy
    • Skilled at high-stakes decision-making, delegation, and navigating cross-functional complexity
    • Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with budgets and financial models
    • Strong communicator and motivator with a focus on execution and accountability
    • Experienced in change management, metrics-driven operations, and alignment across key parties
    • Bonus: Background in managing large-scale programs in legal, compliance, or regulated environments

    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $90,000 (Analyst/Consultant), $72,000 - $108,000 (Senior Consultant), or $86,000 - $144,000 (Manager), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
