Position Summary...A Dairy/Frozen Department Manager co-ordinates the merchandise and activities of Associates in a department(s) of a Wal- Mart store through modular integrity, perpetual inventory, merchandise management, and customer service, while maintaining exemplary customer service by adhering to the Basic Beliefs and values of Wal-Mart.

What You'll Do...
- Aider l'équipe de direction à superviser le rayon, ce qui signifie : participer au mentorat et à la formation, distribuer les tâches, reconnaître et superviser le travail des associés horaires, communiquer avec eux de façon appropriée et efficace.
- Commander la marchandise en temps opportun.
- Éliminer les erreurs de prix (par ex. programme d'exactitude de la lecture optique).
- Adhérer aux normes et aux directives relatives à la conformité de la chaîne frigorifique, à l’étalonnage des thermomètres, à l’enregistrement de la température, à la manipulation des aliments, à la rotation des produits et aux dates de péremption.
- Respecter les procédures relatives à la salubrité alimentaire et à la manipulation des aliments ainsi que suivre les procédures de nettoyage et d’assainissement.
- Suivre les bonnes procédures pour les majorations et les démarques, les changements de prix, l'affichage, les affichettes, les étiquettes, la liquidation, la vérification des concurrents et de leurs prix.
- Écouter les plaintes des clients, examiner les marchandises retournées et résoudre les problèmes afin de rétablir et encourager les bonnes relations publiques.
- Respecter les budgets du rayon, y compris celui du coulage.
