Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie, you’ll lead a team of culinary professionals, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing high-quality meals and assisting in all kitchen activities.
- Organizing prep work, supervising line set-up, and coordinating service flow.
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting teamwork, and supporting their growth.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards that exceed local health regulations.
- Managing inventory, reporting equipment issues, and ensuring the proper handling of assets.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as Banquets, Sales, and Guest Services, to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- A dedicated culinary professional with proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- A passion for excellence, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining Marriott’s high standards.
