Overview
As a Client Solutions Associate you will provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Service Broker(s) within our Automotive division. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.
Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) - We, at Gallagher, enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.

As a Client Solutions Associate you will provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Service Broker(s) within our Automotive division. How You'll Make An Impact
- Set up and maintain client files
- Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy
- Request and/or process new business and renewals
- Request all Invoicing, binders and cover letters
- Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post placement checklist with sign off from CSM Invoicing and completing premium financing contracts
- Prepare and distribute automobile pink slips as required
- Handle accounting activities for team
- Claims - responsible for reporting claims and f/u for adjuster contact information (where claims support does not exist)
- Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Outstanding organizational skills with a keen ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills
- RIBO (or equivalent provincial) licensing considered an asset
