Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Forge powerful connections with clients facing complex insurance challenges
- Industry Specialization: Develop expertise in specific sectors to provide tailored solutions
- Consultative Approach: Work collaboratively with specialists across P&C, life insurance and other service lines
- Strong business development motivation with the consultative sales approach
- 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance
- RIBO Level 2 license preferred
- Interest in specialized industries and complex risk solutions
- Producers seeking income stability with a guaranteed draw structure
- Insurance professionals interested in challenging, complex sectors
- Individuals who thrive in collaborative team environments
