We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is key in supporting our construction operations by managing critical project documentation, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring seamless coordination of construction activities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly support the successful delivery of high-quality homes.

You'll play a crucial part in ensuring timelines are met, records are accurate, and all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Project Documentation
What You’ll Work On
- Track and monitor requests from customers, site teams, and trade partners.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of documents to the city, trade partners, and site team members.
- Act as a liaison between construction, sales, and trade partner divisions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits for construction projects.
- Ensure all permits are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
- Assist with database administration and input.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within construction management systems.
- Provide documentation and information to support site supervisors and project managers.
- Prepare new build packages for different stakeholders in the construction process.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or construction coordination experience
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
- Basic understanding of permits and construction regulations is an asset
- Familiarity with residential home building processes is a strong advantage
