Coordinator, Creative Services

What You'll Do

• Support the on-air promo production team to deliver across RSM broadcast channels Citytv, OMNI, FX, FXX and Bravo.
• Download and track delivery of promotional assets from content distributors

• Organize and maintain storage assets on server

• Contact distributors for follow ups and necessary approvals
• Request P#s from Media Ops/Engineering for full episodes
• Add, update and maintain deliverable lists on Monday.com

• Ensure all details are up to date when changes are made to the programming schedules
• Coordinate with producers to provide assets and make sure they are on track with assignments/delivery.
• Coordinate with editors for delivery to different vendors

• Coordinate with the RSM Planning & Asset Allocation team for delivery
• Coordinate graphics and audio requirements as needed
• Coordinate special requests from various internal departments e.g. Communications, Marketing, In-House Productions, Corporate Brand

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, results, and deadline driven environment
• Monday.com certified is an asset
• Ability to prioritize workloads and react quickly to changing priorities
• An understanding of media and broadcasting
