WORK YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking an experienced Curam Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform and will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Curam solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and implementation of Curam solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop standards and guidelines for Curam implementations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Curam features, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development.
  • Support solution delivery estimation


  • WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Curam Developer, with a strong understanding of the Curam framework.
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
  • Experience with Curam development tools, including Rational Application Developer (RAD).Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Eligible for Reliability clearance
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.


  • Preferred Qualifications:


  • Curam Technical Certification
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in leading large-scale Curam implementations.


  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.

    British Columbia $119,700 to $288,900
