Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Coordinator based in Cambridge ON. The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and analyzing customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the food ingredient industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field an asset
