The Impact You'll Make
As the Director HealthWATCH Product Management, you will ensure smooth product management by coordinating processes and acting as a liaison between Product and Business stakeholders. You will handle inquiries, intake prioritization, and production issues while collaborating on strategic initiatives that enhance pharmacy efficiency and customer experience. This role will lead the product development and execution of key strategic initiatives. This position requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep industry experience and a proven track record of delivering impactful and sustainable results.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily coordination of large, cross-functional projects and initiatives for pharmacy management systems across the country.
- Support the execution and management of ongoing initiatives related to pharmacy management systems.
- Identify and evaluate strategic and operational opportunities within the pharmacy and healthcare space, contributing to roadmap development and implementation.
- Engage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to further the delivery of pharmacy practice strategy and ensure alignment.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and optimize product improvements while making strategic decisions based on complex data and information.
- Hands on experience with software engineering, computer science, computer engineering or related technical field
- Related degree in fields such as Technology, Software Development, Business, or Healthcare.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within the healthcare sector.
- Strong experience in product management, solution management, or consulting roles related to development.
- Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, with the demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and self-driven with a high degree of discipline and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, with a solid understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks.
