- Minimum one year of relevant estimating experience.
- The ability to build a comprehensive product and takeoff list for an entire building.
- In-depth understanding of the BC Electrical Code.
- Experience with Procore.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and experience with estimating software an asset.
- Team orientated – only the most fun, most engaged and most supportive people fit in.
- Lastly, if you have the knack for it, we will provide the support and training you need to excel in the role.
- You have extensive experience in commercial and multifamily projects and you would like to be trained in estimating.
