Estimator

We are seeking an estimator for our division. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for numbers, and a desire to work in a dynamic team, this position is for you!

As an estimator, you'll be guided through the entire estimating process, from material calculations to cost analysis. You'll learn while working with experts and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a stimulating and evolving environment.

Job-related Tasks

• Analyze plans and specifications;
• Evaluate the costs of materials, labor and equipment;
• Collaborate with different suppliers;
• Prepare detailed estimates taking into account project specifications and current regulations;
• Stay informed of market trends and fluctuations in the prices of construction materials;
• Collaborate with the project management team;
• Attend project kick-off meetings;
• REQUIRED PROFILE
• Language: French & English
• Technical in architecture or DEP in building design or any other equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Ms Project)
• Knowledge of the construction field (ASSET)
