The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$68,595.00 - $92,800.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages complex and challenging calendars, including scheduling meetings with participants in multiple time zones
- Organizes departmental meetings and other events as required, including taking minutes at group meetings and distributing them in a timely manner
- Maintains and tracks progress on various departmental activities, including annual goals, quarterly milestones, and budgets
- Ensures travel and accommodation arrangements are made and expense accounts are prepared and submitted for the Executive. Manages invoices and maintains real-time budget versus actual reporting for departmental budget
- Bachelor's degree with 2-6 years of professional experience; scientific background is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office products
- Highly professional and adaptable with proven judgment and discretion
- Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills
- Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
