About The Role

CMHA Saskatoon seeks an Executive Director (ED) to lead the organization with vision, strategy, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will oversee a team and ensure effective programs, strategic growth, and financial sustainability. Responsibilities include implementing strategic plans, building partnerships with stakeholders and funders, and managing financial operations such as budgeting, grant writing, and fundraising. As the face of the organization, you will also advocate for mental health initiatives, represent CMHA Saskatoon publicly, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

The Right Fit

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Business Administration, or a related field, along with leadership experience in mental health, non-profits, or social services. You will be well-versed in financial management, budgeting, grant writing, internal controls, strong strategic leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to drive organizational vision, foster innovation, and build lasting partnerships will be key to success in this role.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers an excellent work-life balance with a 37.5-hour work week, providing a EDO every other Friday and an extra benefit of having an additional week off between Christmas and New Year's, a competitive compensation includes full benefits coverage, a health spending account, and an employer-contributed pension plan rounds out the total compensation package.
