- Exterior and Interior Patrolling
- Operate security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarms and access control systems.
- Generate and analyze security reports
- Access control and monitoring- monitor entry and exit points to control access, included restricted areas using security cameras. Observing activities and identify potential security breaches.
- Build rapport with all clients, tenants and visitors
- Detect, question, and relocate unwanted persons. Resolve or disputes peacefully and effectively.
- Access control within the property
- Meet and great engagement with customers, employees, and visitors that enter the site
- Valid Alberta provincial security guard license
- 1-3 years of experience as Security Guard
- Advanced computer and telephonic skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and must be in Canada for minimum 5 years
- Advanced operate security systems- surveillance, alarms and access control systems
- Advanced interpersonal and proactive engagement skills
- Ability to respond effectively to active threats or violent incidents with speed, precision and decisiveness
- Proficient in dealing with individuals and being able to demonstrate active listening by fully focusing on others.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management and Client relationship management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- First aid and CPR certification is an asset
- 1 minimum experience of customer service background
