Responsibilities
- Implement in-store merchandising activities based on plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including resets.
- Plan coverage, set priorities by reviewing call objectives, follow-ups from previous calls, organize required tools and materials to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure promotional display compliance, identify opportunities, correct voids and out of stocks by merchandising shelves/displays, identify locations to secure incremental displays, place POS materials on shelves/displays, check product dates and rotate stock.
- Communicate effectively with store staff regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, client objectives and work completed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain an effective working relationship with store staff to meet company and client objectives.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous merchandising or sales experience.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and engage effectively with others.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
