We are currently hiring for a Field Support for the Lower Mainland Area to support our Home Depot retail locations. Ideally, we are seeking to find a candidate who can grow into this position on a permanent, year-round basis.

As a Field Support at Rainbow, you will support stores across a designated area, ensuring high standards of service, communication, and product presentation. The Field Support plays a pivotal role in upholding program guidelines and merchandising standards across multiple stores. Our ideal candidate should be:

Designated Area: Langley

Responsibilities:

  • Service your home stores and be flexible to support other locations in the area as needed and directed by the Team Leads.
  • Complete merchandising tasks including condensing, pruning, managing shrink, and ensuring proper signage.
  • Use apps to track visits and shrink, as well as punch in and out for your shifts.
  • Communicate with the Team Lead to share feedback.

Please note, this is physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation package includes:

  • Base hourly wage
  • Phone stipend
  • Mileage stipend

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
