Forklift Operator / Dock Admin

Agilus is recruiting for a Forklift Operator/ Dock Admin in the Transportation Industry in Dieppe, New Brunswick.

In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials within the warehouse while also managing administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, order processing, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, labeling, and packaging.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
• Enter data into warehouse management systems, preparing reports as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of forklift experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 60 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have strong knowledge of Atlantic Canadian geography.
• Must have a clean criminal record.
  
  

What's In It For You

• Available shifts: Friday- Tuesday from 6am-2pm
• Pay rate is $18.00-20.00/h based on experience + 4% vacation pay, paid out weekly
