We’re looking for a freelance Designer to join our growing team and help lead design work. This role is grounded in digital design and CRM email design.

This role is focused on providing smart, thoughtful design work that elevates brand experience across digital design. You’ll collaborate with others on projects that require strategic thinking, brand consistency, and digital craft.

You Will

  • Help lead the design of digital experiences, with a primary focus on email and crm
  • Translate brand principles into modern, cohesive design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to and uphold design standards that scale across global markets
  • Take initiative in managing your own workstream and client communications
  • Develop concepts and communicate ideas.
  • Balance strategic development with client business objectives.
  • Direct and delegate to core creative services disciplines.
  • Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department.
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming

You Have

  • 2 or more years of experience and a strong digital design portfolio.
  • Proven experience in digital and email design
  • Expertise in Figma and a sharp design eye with high attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of UX principles (though this is not a UX/Product role)
  • Experience in motion design or After Effects is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and managing projects end-to-end
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Eagerness to collaborate with other creative people.

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$45—$49 CAD
