Your Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of direct sales professionals across multiple verticals—including residential, B2B, and home builder channels. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Reports To: Senior Director, Residential & SMB Sales
Status: Independent Contractor

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of direct sales consultants across various customer segments and sales programs.
- Develop and implement territory plans, sales targets, and performance strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Coach and mentor reps through hands-on training, ride-alongs, regular feedback, and performance development.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to optimize campaigns, product offerings, and go-to-market execution.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent aligned with GardaWorld’s values and standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence across the sales team.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in direct sales or field-based roles across multiple verticals.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong sales results.
- Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills with a passion for team development.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales operations, and performance reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help build a growing division within a national leader.
- Flexibility to travel within the region and support team members in the field as needed.
