En tant que gestionnaire préconstruction au sein de l'équipe Bâtiment de Pomerleau, vous soutiendrez la croissance des nouveaux projets et des projets en cours, en défiant les normes de l'industrie grâce à votre expertise et à vos connaissances du métier. Travaillant sur des projets de construction de bâtiment et d'infrastructure de grande envergure - allant de 1,5 million de dollars à plus d'un milliard de dollars - vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de propositions et divers groupes de clients afin d'obtenir des soumissions et d'assurer la réussite du projet.

Job Description
What you will do
This role is for you if you have
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme universitaire en gestion de la construction, en génie civil, en architecture ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de la préconstruction, ou dans un rôle d'estimation principale avec une spécialité dans les projets de construction de bâtiments et d'infrastructures.
- Un talent pour travailler avec des logiciels d'estimation de la construction, des outils de gestion de projet et la suite Microsoft Office.
- Analyser et résoudre des problèmes, c’est ce que vous faites de mieux ! Votre souci du détail et votre précision sont inégalés. Vous avez une passion pour motiver et diriger efficacement une équipe, où la collaboration et le mentorat sont les clés de votre succès.
- Vous devez être en mesure d'obtenir une cote de sécurité de niveau secret du gouvernement du Canada, conformément aux exigences contractuelles du projet.
- Certifications professionnelles telles que Professionnel en estimation des coûts (PQS) ou Professionnel en gestion de projet (PMP).
- Expérience préalable en conception-construction, en gestion de construction à risque (CMAR) ou avec des méthodes de réalisation de projets en partenariat public-privé.
- Connaissance des pratiques de construction durable et des certifications en bâtiment écologique.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et parlé)
