Reporting to the Graphics Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for producing dynamic brand marketing materials, custom artwork, and trend-forward product designs that protect and amplify the integrity of both our customers’ brands and the SPP brand. From concept to creation, you’ll design for both print and digital, supporting programs, campaigns, and customer-specific initiatives that drive growth across key accounts.
You’ll collaborate with sales, business development, and marketing teams to embrace new ideas, level up visual storytelling, and help bring bold, beautiful brand moments to life—whether through creative campaigns, thoughtfully branded merchandise, or custom product innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and Designing: Produce brand marketing materials, custom product artwork, and customer artwork.
- Ensuring Brand Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the SPP brand and customers' brands.
- Collaborating: Work closely with sales and business development teams to create customer-specific strategies that drive sales growth.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle various design layouts and in-house projects as they arise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working on Mac platform.
- Conceptual, layout, typography, and image manipulation.
- Ability to plan project timelines, report on status, and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- 3 years advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- 3 years experience on Mac and proficient in Microsoft Office
- 3 years experience with corporate branding.
- Post secondary education in Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent job experience
- 3 years experience in Monday.com for cross-functional collaboration and asset delivery.
- Strong pre-press knowledge.
- Familiarity with various printing and design options.
- Motivated self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
