What You’ll Do

  • Safely transport passengers and provide door-to-door assistance.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility aids.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Operate a two-way radio and manage fares accurately.
  • Maintain a safe and harassment-free environment for everyone.
  • Report any incidents, vehicle defects, or passenger safety concerns.
  • Fuel, wash, and check fluid levels of the vehicle.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle as required by Provincial legislation and record any minor vehicle defects onto the vehicle daily

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Driver's License - minimum of Class 4
  • Ability to pass a required criminal record check (VSS), and drug & alcohol test
  • Provide a driver's abstract upon application and annually
  • Ability to work independently and interact politely with the public and staff
  • Physically and mentally able to perform all job duties
  • Proven customer service experience

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Previous taxi or shuttle driving experience
