License/ Certification (required)
Valid criminal background check / Vulnerable sector check (required)
Valid CPR-C/BLS certificate (required)

Provide excellent care and customer service to patients.
Assist clients with daily activities - perform delegated tasks as required.
Support clients in maintaining a safe living environment.
Offer companionship and provide psychological and emotional support.
Promote client independence.
Provide clear, timely communication to the client, family and any stakeholders.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best possible care for clients.
