Are you passionate about serving others and exceeding expectations? Do you have experience leading teams and managing healthcare operations? If so, we invite you to consider joining our growing team as a Health Services Director for a temporary coverage role.

As the Health Services Director, you will oversee all aspects of care delivery for residents in our assisted living, long-term care, and memory care neighborhoods. This includes employee recruitment and development, budget and program oversight, regulatory compliance, and acting as a key liaison between residents, families, physicians, and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse in good standing in the province of Alberta.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; minimum four years of senior management experience.
• Certification in gerontology is a significant asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to provide a clear vulnerable sector check.
