As the Health Services Director, you will oversee all aspects of care delivery for residents in our assisted living, long-term care, and memory care neighborhoods. This includes employee recruitment and development, budget and program oversight, regulatory compliance, and acting as a key liaison between residents, families, physicians, and healthcare partners.

Ideal Candidate Will

- Exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Maintain professionalism, tact, and patience in all interactions.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Be passionate about caring for seniors and working in a geriatric environment.
- Active Registered Nurse in good standing in the province of Alberta.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; minimum four years of senior management experience.
- Certification in gerontology is a significant asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to provide a clear vulnerable sector check.
