Help Desk Analyst (Temporary, Full-Time)

Location: Peterborough, ON (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Position Duration: Unknown

Rate of Pay: $932.78 - $1,097.38

As a Help Desk Analyst, You Will

• Contribute to the success of Kawartha by providing service excellence
• First level support; providing remote support for staff experiencing difficulties with computer hardware, applications and peripherals
• Responsible for responding to, monitoring and escalating reported security alerts
• Manage, assign and complete Help Desk tickets as required
• Create and maintain technical and audit documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with an emphasis in Computer Technology, Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Information Systems experience
• Prior experience providing first or second level technical support
• Previous experience in the financial industry is a strong asset
