Job Description Summary

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR processes and programs? Join STEMCELL Technologies as a Human Resources Operation Associate! In this role, you work in a collaborative and accuracy-driven HR Operations team to support STEMCELLs goals and objectives.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term role.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews all new hire paperwork, completes employment verifications, and administers Right to Work programs (i.e. E-verify)
  • Assists with the administration of STEMCELL’s global benefit programs (enrollments, changes, cancellations, billing), including health, pension, absence, and insurance plans
  • Acts as the first point of contact for employee and HR queries raised through HR ticketing, investigating issues and escalating where appropriate
  • General HR administrative duties such as drafting employment letters, and other duties as required

Knowledge And Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience (global or large workforce preferred)
  • Previous experience with benefits administration is an asset
  • Previous experience with HRIS Systems (Workday preferred) is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$58,500.00 - $79,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
