Job Summary
The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician will report directly to the Project Manager and will support a team of Install Technicians within the Nova Scotia Region. The specific responsibilities of the position will encompass each of the following KPI's.

Job Summary
The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician will report directly to the Project Manager and will support a team of Install Technicians within the Nova Scotia Region. The specific responsibilities of the position will encompass each of the following KPI's.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional customer relations.
- Provide equipment service, maintenance and repairs for existing customer base.
- Assist in new build and renovation projects locally and out of town.
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and eliminate unnecessary expenses.
- Participate in staff meetings.
- Ensure Environmental Health and Safety Policies are adhered
- Conduct monthly vehicle inspections
- Down time to be approved by Regional Supervisor.
- Wages as per the collective agreement
- All other duties as required
- Various positions HVAC/REF – G1 Journeyman, HVAC/Ref Apprentice all levels.
- Industrial Combustion, Chillers, Large Capacity Boilers an asset
- Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
- A good understanding of Ainsworth products and services
